Must be a graduate. Should have fundamental knowledge and experience in Networking and deep knowledge in Security. Should have concrete conceptual understanding and practical hands on experience. Ability to communicate well to customers is vital to this role. Day to day job profiles will include design, deploy and support of various security solutions and security services. Prior experience on endpoint security, EDR, nextgen firewalls, VPNs, Encryption, messaging security etc is a must. Prior experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment and threat hunting like advanced services would definitely be a big plus.
This role will be working as part of a 24/7/365 team to ensure the effective security operations and management of customer's cyber security infrastructure.
Key responsibilities will include (not limited to):
Work alongside our security consultants to ensure security issues are addressed quickly and ensure that potential incidents are correctly identified, analysed, defended and reported
Monitor and report on Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Vulnerability Management
Understanding of Network Management Systems and functions
Provide 1st line support and alarm analysis on all Networks and Infrastructure, providing notifications to customers as appropriate
Carry out initial diagnosis on faults and escalating issues into other 2nd line areas & 3rd line support as required.
Manage Incidents relating to our services, including regular updates to customers on the progress of incidents
Key requirements:
Ideally you will hold a minimum of 2 to 3 years IT or Telecom Network experience with a focus on Cyber Security.
A degree/diploma in computer science
Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
